The Learning Activities Evaluation component of CompeTrax serves two important purposes.

Firstly, having to complete an evaluation on your learning activities encourages greater accountability among the Association's members. You can't just say you did it – you have to complete the evaluation form assessing how useful a particular learning activity was to the achievement of your Learning Plan and your professional development needs. 

Secondly, the knowledge base that is established over time will significantly improve the overall learning effectiveness of the profession. Members can easily find out which learning activities are useful, and which ones are a waste of time. The feedback will also be useful to vendors and training suppliers to enable them to make adjustments and improve their services.

Please fill out the Learning Activities Evaluation Form as soon as possible after completing one of the objectives in your Learning Plan. The system is set up so that you can view all the evaluations, but you can only make changes to the ones you submit.
