Research shows that competence levels are influenced by the degree of satisfaction with one's career and quality of work life. This Quality of Worklife Survey Form captures the level of satisfaction of members on some 15 plus dimensions.
The data can be used by the Association to measure, monitor and report on the morale or mood of their professional from year to year. It can be used to identify important issues that may be negatively (or positively) affecting their members. Used in conjunction with the member profile data, it will be possible to identify the characteristics and locations of those having satisfaction issues with their careers and/or work.
Please review and update your Quality of Worklife Form on a regular basis (i.e., every six months). A good time to do so would be when you update your Learning Plan / Record.
