Competency Terms and Definitions – this is a list and description of the common terms used in continuing competence programs.
Competency Profile – this is the complete competency profile document for the Naturopathic / Holistic Veterinarians. This is the Acrobat (.pdf) version. This profile is also posted on this site in an electronic, searchable format.
Profile Chart – a profile chart is a graphical "map" of the bands and clusters found in the competency profile for the Naturopathic /Holistic Veterinarians. This document is in Acrobat (.pdf) format.
Self-Assessment Form – this paper version of the self-assessment form was created for the Naturopathic / Holistic Veterinarians. This form is based on the competency profile and is a tool designed to assist the practitioners to assess their competence levels. An on-line, real-time version is available on this site.
Learning Plan – this is the paper version of the learning plan that Holistic Vets are expected to complete annually based on the results of their competency self assessment. The plan is also used to record completion of the various learning activities. This component is also available as a database form on this CompeTrax site.
