To help you review and analyze your self-assessment results, CompeTrax has a couple of reporting components. Use these reports to help you identify / rank / assess / define your professional development needs and prepare your Learning Plan.

The first set of 5 reports provides a listing of each of your competency ratings (NA, DEV, COM, DTE and EXC) by Competency Band. The second set of reports is a listing of your Notes for each competency cluster presented by Competency Band.   

Further instructions on how to view and use these two different types of reports are provided in the Table of Contents page of each.

Once you are in the Reports component, you can easily navigate between the two sets of reports.
